time cannot destroy it neither can space or distance

it is an indestructable focus of oneness ...beyond anyone's judgements and opinions

it is just giving giving giving ..and first of all making oneself capable of giving from within...deep within

Guru’s form is the best to meditate upon,
Guru’s feet are the best to worship;
Guru’s word is the best mantra,
Guru’s Grace is the way to Liberation.

Guru purnima is the day to feel grateful for the great knowledge you have received from your master. It is time to review how much knowledge you could ingrain in your life in past one year. This may bring about a realization for scope of improvement which in turn will bring humility in you. Be grateful for the way this knowledge has transformed you. Just think how you could have been without this. There is a definite change inside you. If you cannot see any change, then you haven’t had a good look in yourself. Gratitude and humility together blossom a genuine prayer inside you!

Guru is a tatva - an element, a quality; inside you. It is not limited to a body or a form.
Life is an ocean of love. Flow the lamp of knowledge in it. Even let the knowledge be flown away in the ocean of love. The ego that comes out of truth and knowledge is dangerous. Sense of righteousness makes you hard. So in the wave of devotion and love; you even let the knowledge get washed out.
About Guru Purnima (Excerpts from talks and QA with guruji)
Q. What is the story behind Gurupurnima?
A. Acharya (teacher) gives knowledge and Guru gives height of awareness and makes you alive. Acharya gives information, Guru gives intelligence, an awakened intelligence. Mind is connected with moon. Full moon is completion, the pinnacle. On Gurupurnima the devotee wakes up in full gratitude. Devotee becomes like an ocean moving in itself. It’s the time to come in fullness. It’s a time to celebrate. It’s also called “Vyasa Purnima”. Vyasa had given knowledge on each and every subject.
So in Gurupunima you remember all gurus of the past. It is the day when devotee arises in full gratitude, they turn back and see how they changed and developed in the last 1 year. They assess what lessons they have learned and how they are growing in knowledge. It’s reviewing yourself in knowledge. Mind needs to be reminded again and again, so we review it.
Q. People blindly worship a Guru? Is it ok? Shouldn’t they just worship the divine?
A. Why does somebody adore someone else? In college, rock star, movie stars, sports players are adored. This adulation is part of human nature. Deep inside it is your ability to appreciate and honor good qualities. This adulation of Gurus has come down the ages. In the East, people took pride in their Gurus. There was a lot of respect but it’s missing in the students now. They throw tomatoes at their teachers. We have now gone to the other extreme. When your life is full, you get a feeling of gratitude. You start with the Guru and end up adoring everything in life. Guru is just a beginning. In India there is a festival in October when people worship everything from cars, scooters etc. Everything is venerated. Divine dwells in every particle. In the East the tradition was that before cutting a tree, you have to plant 5 more. An innocent mind sees life everywhere. Life has to be honored, adored. If you cannot do this, then what else is left in life? It is so dry, just eat, drink and sleep. Whenever you praise, the praise goes to the divine. If you praise your Guru, the praise goes to the divine. When you praise someone, you own consciousness is expanding. So for your own sake, adore and venerate others.
Q. I feel like I want to be close to you and I don’t know how. I love you.
A. It is good, heart breaks and love flows. In the world out there heart breaks and misery comes, but here when heart breaks, love flows and life blossoms. Good. Just assume you are already close to me and when you are smiling, when you do service, when you are in knowledge - you are so much close to me. And see more and more people get the benefit of this knowledge what you are having. Just turn back and see your life, how much it has changed as you did the practices, the meditations, your kriya and relate to yourself the person who was there before doing the kriya. What a big difference. Isn’t it? How many of you feel you are not the same person. Almost everybody isn’t it, so that benefit, that opening, we need to bring in others life as well, we need to do that.
Q. How to find a guru or choose a guru?
A. Guru is too big for you to make. If you make Guru you are bigger than the Guru. Guru comes in your life in spite of your refusing or rebelliousness. Don’t struggle to make a Guru. Just relax. Life keeps changing. Wake up and see. Feel grateful. Give all your garbage to the Guru. Guru makes gold out of garbage. Guru makes a fool intelligent. It is easy to make that change because everyone is made up of that one thing.
Q. How to become a sincere devotee?
A. Just you have to assume that you are really sincere devotee. You give grade to yourself. I am number 1 devotee. Nobody’s like me. But don’t think so and so is number 1 devotee and I’m number 2. Each one of us should say I’m number 1 devotee. Nobody’s like me. Then that is how the devotion grows. If you think you are number 2, number 3, number 10, then that much, you will be away from the knowledge. You know this problem is there with many - that after basic course, you continue for sometime then you drop. Then afterwards it becomes very difficult. If you do an advanced course, it will bring you back in the knowledge.

Q. Guruji, you are the best.
A. Only best can recognize the best.
Q. A devotee is very happy on getting a Guru, does the Guru feel the same happiness in getting a devotee?
A. Seeing your happiness he gets happiness.
Q. I want a Guru mantra from you.
A. That is there. Sudarshan kriya is there.
Q. Guruji, show me the path.
A. Why? Why shall I show you the path? I’m not so irresponsible. Ill take you to your goal. It’s my habit. It’s the age of aero planes and you are talking in terms of bullock carts. You have sat in plane and your flight has taken off. Now, this plane will take you to your destination, you don’t need to ask for the path.
Q. What quality should an ideal disciple have? Do you differentiate between disciples?
A. Don’t worry so much, just be like a child, and take life with ease. Yes, I differentiate between disciples and you are very special. Each one of you is unique and each one is special, so everyone is different.
Q. You are so wonderful, when can I become like you?
A. First stop attempting to become like me. Second know that I’m you.

Mother gives the first birth to a child. We come into the world through the mother. But second birth is through the teacher. Teacher delivers you the knowledge and skill. Today is the teacher’s, the master’s day. This is the second birth. Knowledge brings the second birth.
Whether you want it or not everybody is Guru to somebody. We either teach others what they should do or should not do. If we do good, we are teaching what they should do. If we do something wrong, we are teaching what they should not do by showing see how I’m suffering, so you should not do this. Everyone is an educator.
We all play the role of teacher, a guide, a guru … but when the spiritual knowledge is so total, that one is called Sathguru.
(Then Guruji conducted Guru Puja. Somebody asked about Dakshinamurthy Story.)
Haan, its a very nice story. Its about a teacher communicating knowledge to the student in silence. True wisdom is translated in silence. We don’t need all these translators, headphones etc. But that is when we transcend intellect. One level is through intellect and another through vibration.
When you are Guru, you are always young, never get old. What is being young ? Young is always enthusiastic, alive, new, fresh. Its clean and fresh. Not stuck in opinions. Non-opinionated mind. That’s the sign of a good teacher. Keep your opinions aside. Take a fresh look at people, situations, then learning is possible. Then you have knowledge.
Dakshinamurthy is lord shiva. He is the young teacher. Five rishis sat around him and asked him questions. Everything was answered in silence. That’s what happens in meditation. All five senses get knowledge in silence. That’s the symbolism of meditation. The deeper you go, fewer are the questions… there are no questions.
Today bundle all your problems, questions, worries, doubts and put it here. Knowledge here on this path is here for a very special purpose. Each one of you is a light house for many people. This one thing you keep in mind. I’m not just somebody, I’m light, I’m glow. With all your heart, whatever you wish today, one wish and it will come true.

it had been a long time since i could get to attend a glimpse of the art of
living part 1 course during my stay in the beautiful city of bangalore

it was all due to the hectic schedule of work in the hospital and continuous
surgical exercise that i just could not take out time for 100 percent
participation in any of the part 1 or advance courses happening...

well after a long awaited period ..here has come my beautiful chance to
participate in sadhana seva satsang with none other than our great JHAKAAS art
of living teacher who is now taking a Mega art of living course in 3 batches IN
BANGALORE jaya nagar since last 3 days

and this has been a kindling point for me to attend and revisit the various
video links website associated with the JHAKAAS way of our anandji' art of
living teachings

and to spread this awareness of the knowledge and the experience of happiness
and joy gifted to us by our master is the least possible way us showing our
deep gratitude towards HIM...isn't it ?

Subject: Guruji’s talk on the 12th Jan 2008

Question: Guruji, is it ok to donate some body parts after we die?
Guruji: Yes.. yes. It is definitely ok.

Question: Guruji, Why am I not like you?
Guruji: This is my wonder too!! But I feel you are like me. If you look from my point of view you will see we are not different. You and me are not separate. Can air be like yours and mine? Like can you say this is my air and that is your air?!?! No! Sunlight, water, cannot be two. The one which you think is yours and mine actually they are not separate.

Question: Guruji, can you please explain the meaning of Gyatri mantra?
Guruji: Oh! Gyatri mantra encompases the whole universe. There are 24 letters that make gyatri mantara. There are 24 vertebra in our spinal cord. One is omkar, two becomes So hujm, then like wise 16 and then 24 becomes Gyatri Mantara. Gyatri Mnatra is the expansion of that one omkar. If one is instructed you can certainly chant the mantra. The meaning of the Gyatri mantra is let the divinity sink through my intellect. Let our life be purified. But again if you just say Ohm, that also means the same.

Question: Guruji, this mandap is like a Srichakra. Can you explain the essence of Srichakra?
Guruji: It is nice no?!?! Then just sit and meditate. Why do you want to know the meaning and the essence etc!?? I myself don’t know the meaning!!
(laughter!!)

Question: Guruji, the imbalances in the body, (bata, pitta, kapha) causes a lot of other problems. How does one handle the vata Imbalance?
Guruji: Consult a Ayurvedic doctor, and triphala, it will balance the imbalance. Also drink a lot of water. Eat food on time…. Do asanas… do pranayama, do Sudarshan Kriya. All this will help.

Question: Swami Ramakrishna had said that Vivekananda will have to go once he comes to know who he was. How did he know this?
Guruji: No… no that is not correct. It is not like that.

Question: Guruji why does congeneital disorder happen?
Guruji: I don’t know.

Question continues….: Why did God do this to the children?
Guruji: Will put up a complain against God. Sometimes because of improper food this may happen.

Question: Guruji, when interest starts developing towards devotion, what should one do?
Guruji: Good. Very good. But simultaneously you must take care of the responsibilities as well. One should not run away.

Question: Guruji, we are asking you questions everyday. Can you please let us know what have we missed out on asking you!?!
Guruji: You should only have one question. “Who am I?” And that question you should ask yourself. That question itself is good enough to get that. Dive in you to go inward.

Question: (Question asked by a physically challenged person) Guruji, what is moksha?
Guruji: Good .. good very good!! The desire to know what is moksha is a good thing. Are you doing better now? Yes! Wow!! How much better do you feel now? 75% Wow!! Very good!!

Question: Guruji, how do you become more discipline?
Guruji: Be less feverish. If you are attached to the benefits then you become feverish. But when you have a commitment, then you automatically become more discipline.

Question: Guruji what is prarubdha?
Guruji: I have spoken about it in ‘Intimate note to a sincere seeker’.

Question: Guruji is it necessary to go to temples periodically? Does not worship happen when we are doing seva and meditation?
Guruji: Yes yes… seva is a form of worship.

Question: Guruji, can you tell us about the swami who is sitting next to you?
Guruji: Swami yogananda ji is 99 years old. He does wonderful yoga. His teeth, his eyes, his stomach, everything is perfect. He has been with Bhagat Singh, during those times.. He wants to live for more 100 years. Ask him what he eats, and he will tell you, you should eat only once. (laughter!!)

Question: Guruji you have given so many techniques. Are techniques important to pursue in the path?
Guruji: The root meaning of the word technique is ‘tantra’…these techniques are there to help one overcome obsession and other things in the mind… It is not just a way of life.

Question: Guruji, we have so many profound experiences. What is its significance of experiences in our life?
Guruji: Don’t bent so much on your experiences. Commitment is more important. There is a connection between the mind and the mood etc. Like the moon waxes and wanes… you experience feelings accordingly. Pleasant feelings come and go, unpleasant feelings come and go… Who cares how you feel? Love is your very existence. Love is not just an emotion. Don’t get caught up with feelings. Become strong. Your smile should be so strong… you know. How many of you feel really strong? Many of you could not relate to the person who you were before? Isn’t it?

Question: What should be our goal in life? What does this hall (Referring to Vishalakshi Mantap) signify?
Guruji: Goal in life? Good question. Its good for you to ponder. This hall (laughter!!) Tell me something, you come from the city… how do you feel after coming inside this hall? You feel energetic, yeh you feel good right? That’s the objective. That’s the significance of this hall.

Question: Guruji, we are always smiling since the time we met you. How do we spread this smile around?
Guruji: You have to talk to people. Bring people to knowledge.

Question: Guruji what is the difference God and Guru?
God is like space, and space is everywhere. Inside you there is space, inside me there is space. God is the space… OK let me put it in this way. There are electromagnetic waves. But you cannot actually see them right? But you can experience through television. Do you see what I am saying? The electromagnetic waves manifest in the form of television. You can only see the sky through the window. You cannot see the sky if there is a closed wall!! Can you? No. We are all made up of love and the guru is the embodiment of love. That’s why they say, God, atman, Guru, self are all one and the same. That means we don’t have to worry about anything. You simply become compassionate and spread love….and smile.

Everyone wants to be successful in life. But without knowing what is success, you want to be successful.
What are the signs of success? Just having a lot of money, is that success? Why doyou think money means success? Because money gives you freedom so that you can dowhatever you want. You may have a big bank balance but, you have stomach aches, ulcers,you may have to go for bypass surgery; can’t eat this, can’t do this, can’t do that. We spendhalf our health to gain wealth and spend half our wealth to gain back the health. Isn’t thatfunny? Is this success?
It is very bad mathematics.Look at all those who claim to be successful — are they successful? No, they are miserable.
Then, what is the sign of success? The sign of success is overwhelming joy, right? It isconfidence, compassion, generosity and a smile that none can snatch away, being reallyhappy and being able to be more free. These are the signs of a successful person.

Terrorism is an act of violence that inflicts pain and suffering, and is destructive to oneself and others.Terrorism induces fear and increases poverty, suffering and loss of life with no apparent gain to anyone.Instead of offering or seeking solutions, terrorism looks to destruction as an answer.In acts of terrorism , human values are lost.

Why do people turn to terrorism?

The first factor is frustation and desperation to achieve a goal.When people are desperate to acheive some goal, and are unable to do it, the desperation brings up violence in them.

The second belief is a non-verifiable concept of merit and heaven.If i die fighting for God, then i will go to heaven, because God wants this act to happen.Who knows? No one can verify this statement.

The third is staunch belief that "my way is the only way"

The fourth is ignoring human values to acheive a goal

and

The fifth is lack of respect or honor for life itself.

Terrorism is based on concept of God as favoring some and being angry at others.This notion undermines the omnipresence and omnipotence of God.How can an omnipresent God exclude some people? How can an omnipotent God be angry?Anger and frustation arise when someone is unable to do something or control something.With this limited idea of God, you become the saviour of God rather than THE SERVANT of God.God is a poor fellow sitting somewhere getting angry, and you are going to help him.

Terrorism fails to recognise that God loves variety and diversity, that many different schools of thoughts exist in this world.Terrorism does not respect or honour life.Terrorism arises when someone identifies himself first and foremost as a member of any particular religion, and then is ready to give up his life for that limited identity. We need to first identify ourselves as a part of the divine, and second to that as human beings.

What is the remedy for terrorism? As long as there is limited understanding, limited wisdom being taught in fundamentalist and fanatical schools, there is no way we can get rid of this terrorism.We have to broaden our vision and educate people in all different religious and
cultural traditions of the world.Religious and spiritual leaders , in particular, should have a broader understanding of cultures and religions. Every mullah, every priest, every rabbi should know something about all other religions.If we learn to broaden our vision and deepen our roots, people will not fall into the narrow idea of the will of God.See life in the broad perspective.

Of course its not just religion that makes people become terrorists, there can be social and political reasons also.

Then value life more than race religion culture.We have to value all human life.

Next educate in the human values of friendliness, compassion, co-operation, a sense of belonging and spirituality.

To define spirituality in simple terms , we can say spirituality nourishes the human values of compassion, love, caring,sharing and acceptance.Spirituality is also finding the way to calm your mind and go deep in your prayers, irrespective of what prayers u do or what religion you follow.It is honouring the values that are found in all religions. And it is concern for the common good of one and all, accomodating the diversity in thought in deed and in behaviour in the world.

Learn how to cope with the stress of life, stress and tension are the root cause of violence.

Have a sense of belongingness to this planet and all its people.

Cultivate confidence in achieving a noble goal in a peaceful nonviolent manner.This confidence
comes from your inner strength.There are many examples for us of people who have done this,Martin Luther King in the North American Continent ,Nelson Mandela in the African Continent, Mahatma Gandhi in the Asian Continent.

And finally, see that only spiritual upliftment can weed out the destructive tendency in the human mind.

when we think of people whom we dislike, our consciousness starts contracting.why should we not get angry? because not getting angry is beneficial to you yourself.An intelligent person never gets angry.If you think more about someone, you become like them.We should not hate anybody.it is not possible in life to stay without critiscism.but whatever we criticise it should be from superficial level,then this is not known as criticism.

where anger and arrongance is destroyed, that is known as SHAMSHAAN..(CREMETORY)

Till when will u be able to take care of this body?. it is going to go someday.we will have to leave the body.
so as along as alive, if we can stay with awareness, then within us ...that "Kailash" ..means enthusiasm,where shiv stays..persists We are aware of this when in silence.

what is SHAMSHAAN?

where there is nothing.everything is destroyed. SHAMSHAAN means.. i am nothing.all this is life's flow.. and then we reach "KAILASH".then the small small desires that arise within us hardly matter. once a consciousness experiences the whole world in it, then its small small requirements hardly matter.one gets everything even before a desire arises, this is the speciality of this path .

yet if some desire arises in you, surrender it.till we dont experience a glimpse of dispassion withn in us,till then meditation cannot happen. dispassion means..i am nothing..

We dont have to go to mountains to visit KAILASH MANSAROVAR..,yes it has been mentioned that to get moksha/mukti, one should visit mansarovar and take bath in its holywaters, and also visit KAILASH.But this does not mean one should go to china, and search for Mansarovar over there.Mansarovar is where YOU ARE.Mann( consciousness)is like .. sarovar... so big... in which only love and love exists.And what do you get nearer ..closer..to this ?KAILASH!

Do you know what is the meaning of KAILAAS?
"laas": means love with mischief, engulfing anger in love.
that love which has a mischief to it, that is "laas"
in that space is SHIV-BHAIRAVI, SINHVI,means shiv accompanied by a buffalo, and also by a lion-both are enemies to each other , but stay TOGETHER in KAILASH.., even snake and peaocock stay together here.

Where only joy exists, where only enthusiasm exists, where every moment is an expression of joy , enthusiasm and peace... serenity...that is KAILASH......kailash... enthusiasm, all are ONE.KAILASH.. means Celebration.. a never ending Celebration.

SO celebrate!Every situation, event has some meaning, some knowlegde , some depth to reveal, and lets move ahead with this knowledge.

Love Divine

Love is incomplete. And it will have to remain incomplete. If something is complete, it means that you have marked the boundaries; found its limitations. For love to be infinite, it has to be incomplete. Love is infinite and it finds _expression in infinite ways. They can be categorised as eleven ways of expressing love, or eleven ways in which love finds its _expression.

1. The first one is guna mahatmyasakti, imbibing the qualities of the Divine, appreciating the qualities of the Divine. When you love somebody, what is that in him or her that you love? You’ll find some qualities. So-and-so is kind, so-and-so is caring... Qualities do not have form. Loving God in this sense means imbibing all the qualities that God represents. Normally one picks all the negative qualities in a person. Even in God, you will pick some negativity! The moment your mind is not in love, it behaves thus. When you are living Divine love, you will enhance and rejoice in Divine qualities wherever you find them.

2. The second is rupasakti. Some may not be able to appreciate the qualities, because they don’t see the qualities as qualities. And qualities cannot be seen without a form. When you’re unable to appreciate the subtle qualities, you can definitely appreciate the form that is in the form of you. And forms are everywhere! When you appreciate a flower, you appreciate the form. When you see truth in the form as a quality and glorify it, it takes you beyond the qualities. In the same way, if you love a flower, and deeply appreciate it, you will see that it dissolves into the formless. You will see the space which is hiding deep inside that flower.

3. The third is pujasakti, the interest in worshipping, honouring. Love can find its _expression in the form of puja, form of honouring. And one who has done this will know the taste of it. As the state of your wholeness, your mind says, ‘‘I want nothing. I just want to be worshipping like this all my life.’’ Pujasakti is a sign of love. If you love someone, something, and whenever there is love you’ll see that you start worshipping that which you love.

4. The fourth is smaranasakti, which means remembering. That something which stays constantly on your mind. Have you noticed that when you love something, and have a desire, that desire lingers on in your mind? Sometimes, as soon as you get up, the same thing rolls on in your mind. When there is strong desire for something, that thought pours in all the time. In the same way, when you hate something, it runs through your mind all the time. This is called smarana. How wonderful it will be if the Divine just rolls in your mind like that?

5. Dasyaskati is the fifth. It means being a servant of God. It means saying, ‘‘I am just the servant of the Divine; He’s taking care of me. I do whatever I have been asked to do. My life is here not to get something out of here — I have come to this world to serve Him. Service is expecting nothing in return. Whatever service He wants from me, I’ll do it. Whomsoever He will send in front of me, I will be useful to them, I’ll help them.’’ This is dasyasakti.

6. The sixth is sakhyasakti, companion of God. A feeling of companionship with the Divine. Many may not like being a servant. Sakhyasakti is a feeling that I am the beloved of my Lord. He is my beloved. I’ll do whatever I can to please Him. It is wherein you are able to share fearlessly with the Divine. And this will have to come from you. It’s not that one is superior to the other. Gita was taught to Arjuna, and Arjuna made Krishna his friend, sakha, companion. That’s why Krishna was called Jagad-guru, the teacher of the whole universe. He was both a master and a companion.

7. The seventh is vatsalyasakti. Vastsalya means affection, being affectionate. Can we treat the Divine as a child, as a naughty person? In vatsalyasakti, devotion can take the form of the care you have for a child, or mothering the Divine. The devotee then orders God. There’s such a sweet feeling behind it. The devotee tells God, ‘‘See, if You do like that, I’ll be angry with you. If You don’t make Your presence felt today, I’m not going to talk to You tomorrow.’’ So just like a mother deals with a child, a devotee deals with God. Feeling that closeness is vatsalyasakti.

8. Kantasakti is the eighth form. It is the beloved husband-wife, relationship. Feeling that the Divine is part of you, and, ‘‘He cares for me so much that He cannot exist without me! How can He exist without me?’’

9. The ninth form is atmanivedanasakti, offering one’s very self. That is a great form of love that, ‘‘my very breath, my very existence is Yours. Every particle of my existence is offered to You. Every breath I breathe in is Yours. I am Yours.’’. That total surrender, letting go. ‘‘You do whatever You want with this life! It is Yours!’’. This flavour, of not even keeping any bit of ‘‘me, I’’ inside, is atmanivedanasakti.

10. Tanmayatasakt is the tenth form. This is seeing everything as You. That everything belongs to You. The totality of prana, the flow of prana, finding itself everywhere is tanmayatasakti. Being soaked in the Divine love is called tanmaya, tanmayatasakti. Anyway, everything is already soaked in Him! It only has to be recognised!

11. Paramavirahasakti is the eleventh form. Viraha means extreme agony and the pain of longing, of separation. This also a sign of Divine love. Love can never be complete because there is longing. It’s the longing that makes love incomplete and infinite! So the pain of longing itself is Divine love. In that painful longing, prayer dawns. Blessed are those who go through that pain.

Usually, when people love something and there is a longing for it, they try to get rid of it because it’s painful. The more you try to run away from it, you are destroying not only the longing but also the love. But if you can accept the pain of longing, that brings you the recognition of infinity. FAITH AND ALERTNESS

Faith and alertness appear to be completely opposite in nature. When you are alert, usually there is no faith and you feel restless and insecure. When there is faith the mind is secure and rested and you are not alert.

There are three types of faith:

Tamasic faith which is because of dullness. Like when you do not want to take responsibility or action and you say, "Oh it doesn’t matter, anyway God will take care of all these things!" (laughter)

Rajasic faith which is brought on by intense compulsion of desires and ambition. The ambition keeps the faith alive.

Satvic faith is innocent and is born out of fullness of consciousness.

Faith and alertness, though apparently opposite in nature, are actually complementary to each other. In the absence of faith there can be no growth, and without alertness there can be no correct understanding. Faith can make you complacent. Alertness makes you tense.

If there is no faith, there is fear. And when there is no alertness one cannot perceive or express properly. A combination of both is essential.

In Gyana (state of wisdom) there is alertness without tension and faith without complacency. The purpose of education should be to remove the element of dullness from faith and the element of fear from alertness. This is a unique and rare combination. If you have faith and alertness at the same time, then you will become a true Gyani (the Wise One)!
